Job Description : What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Success Manager at Bigleaf Networks you will proactively work with our customers to ensure they are solving their internet and business problems with Bigleaf. Whether analyzing customer detail and data to answer questions, reviewing health scores to prioritize where more value could be delivered to a customer, or working cross functionally with an internal team – Customer Success meets this need.

You will work directly with customers and need to be able to answer any question on subscription dates, contract terms, hardware shipping information, and a wide variety of additional requests that require the ability to navigate multiple internal systems. No experience with these systems is required for this position; what is required is that your interest is piqued to learn more about them.

Position is 100% remote!

Responsibilities:
Monitor customer health and build associated risk mitigation plans
Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall customer health scores
Build and own relationships with key customer accounts to establish yourself as a trusted advisor
Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources
Collaborate with other Bigleaf teams to ensure adoption and successful renewal
Qualifications:
Experience actively engaging with customers (Experience does not need to be industry specific)
Experience with business tools such as Netsuite, Zendesk, or HubSpot is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excited to learn and tackle new challenges
Motivated to be a valued teammate
Not afraid to ask for help and doesn’t hesitate to provide help
Can maintain attention to detail in a fast paced environment
Desire to help shape the future of this department
