BIOTRONIK is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the President. We are looking for an organized, outgoing, and professional individual to manage and standardize procedures and operations in an effective manner. Responsibilities may include screening calls, managing calendars, making travel, meeting and event arrangements. This position encompasses both general and advanced administrative duties. Work activities are of a diverse and often confidential nature and require a broad working knowledge of departmental practices, policies, programs, and products.

Your Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the President.
Provide accurate and timely responses to all incoming and outgoing phone calls and business e-mails
Support to the Sales department’s daily activities and responsibilities including composing and typing routine correspondence, answering phones, word processing, transcription, proofreading, file maintenance, sending and receiving mail, sorting incoming mail, distribution of correspondence and faxes, and copying.
Assist in the compilation of data and preparation of correspondence, sales reports, spread sheets, tables, charts, graphs, or presentation materials.
Prepare and maintain all hospital bids as directed by Sales management.
Coordinate appointments, schedules, meeting planning, and communications.
Support in the implementation and documentation of all special projects and programs.
Act as a central focal point and resource person for all Sales personnel, customers and other departments.
Managing expense reporting.
Collects information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.
Prepares presentation materials for meetings.

Your Profile
Minimum of five years’ experience.
Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
Makes high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company.
Excellent communication skills are required, both written and verbal.
Exceptional computer skills, proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office package.

Location
This is a remote position, preferred location to be in the Eastern Time Zone.

Travel
Limited travel may be required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Standard days of work are Monday through Friday. Hours of work may vary depending on time zone supported. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
