The Home Building Group is actively searching for a Facility Upkeep / Landscaping Team Member at our building facility in Albany, OR.

Position Responsibilities:

Maintaining the exterior of a large production facility
Lawn upkeep / mowing
Painting
Sweeping
Spraying / pulling weeds
Cleaning of outfalls
Daily disposal of paint and mud waste
Other outdoor maintenance as assigned
Requirements
Ability to lift / carry up to 70 lbs repeatedly
Must be able to perform a job that may require repetitive stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and pulling
Ability to be on feet (standing or walking) for up to 4 hours at a time
Ability to work in extreme temperatures (working outside in current weather conditions)
Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding
