Job Description : Diversified Members Credit Union is looking for a qualified Member Service Representative to work at our main office in Detroit. We are looking for a team member who will go above and beyond to provide financial services which are in our member’s best interest. Candidate must be able to perform teller transactions, open accounts, and resolve member problems. This individual must possess an outgoing, friendly and positive attitude. The MSR must be detail oriented and be able to multi-task. Candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in a financial institution and must be willing to work flexible hours and at all DMCU locations, as needed.
