Job Description : Full Job DescriptionPlant Manager – Michigan Trailer Sales – Jackson, MIhttps://www.trailersalesofmichigan.com/Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred but not required)Minimum of two years prior management or manufacturing experience.Job Description: Michigan Trailer Sales manufacturers a full lineup of utility, car hauler, equipment, and flatbed bumper pull/gooseneck trailers. Trailer Sales of Michigan manufactures the product and retails directly to the public with all sales handled on site. It is a relatively small location with 10-12 employees that make up our Welding, Painting, Decking/Wiring & Sales Departments.We are seeking a Plant Manager for the manufacturing and retail sales facility located in Jackson, MI. The Plant Manager is the top position for MI Trailers and will oversee every aspect of the operation with a primary focus on the production.The Plant Manager will be required to work M-F, 1st shift schedule and ½ days every other Saturday or as needed. The desired candidate must be committed to excellence, great multi-tasker, effective manager of people and processes, dedicated to achieving success, and work well under pressure.Responsibilities/Requirements:Become knowledgeable of all products produced.
