Job Description : Toby’s Family Foods is a fiercely independent, family-owned, and mission driven business that
has operated since the 1970s. We are a growing, multi-regional producer of top-quality salad
dressings, tofu spreads, and organic juices, teas and smoothies, under the Toby’s and Genesis
brands.
We are currently seeking a part-time production member to join our team in Springfield, Oregon.
We work Monday through Friday with standard and swing shifts available. However, production
demands will dictate the exact schedule.
Entry level production workers are responsible for completing general production tasks and
assisting within the production team. Adhere to company attendance policy and strict GMP
policy. Show excellent attention to detail, safe practices on all aspects of the job, continuously
cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment and tools.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Maintain a clean work station
Accurately record job tasks on recording forms
Sorting and inspecting a variety of raw materials
Carefully follow recipes and work instructions
Operating machinery with a high degree of safety and accuracy, at all times
Remove, stack and accurately track finished product
Assist in daily clean-up
Pack, palletize and verify finished product orders
Follow directions given by Shift Leads and Managers as needed
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 40lbs regularly
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Must be able to stand and maintain efficiency for the entire shift
Compensation:
Starting wage depends on experience and skill set.
