Job Description : Herb Pharm is currently seeking applicants for seasonal farmers to work early May to late September on our organic farm located in Williams Oregon.

Farm employees are responsible for ensuring the quality of our herbal raw material from seed to harvest.

They work under the direction of the Farm Supervisor using proper farming techniques which involve seeding, planting, weeding, and harvesting a wide variety of medicinal herbs, thereby contributing to the successful growth of the organization.

Familiarity with organic field practices and a basic understanding of physical demands associated with farming are important. Our employees must also be strong advocates for safety and have excellent communication skills.
