We are looking for a results-oriented candidate with excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills for the position of Accounts Receivable Analyst. This position will be fully integrated into the future success of our organization, and we are looking for candidates who strive to achieve lofty goals while ensuring full AR compliance. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for processing incoming payments from vendors and maintaining accurate records and control reports, while acting within the scope of company objectives and policies to accomplish divisional goals.

Knowledge and Skills
Audit deposits from multiple locations on a daily basis and reconcile payments to record for bank reconciliations.
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data.
Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales converting to customers.
Perform essential month-end reconciliation and reporting for Accounts Receivable department.
Audit all incoming new member contracts against CRM system
Record weekly local AR collection dept deposits.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Record, research and reconcile state Sales & Use tax filings.
Confirm, acknowledge all deposits received before creating refunds for AP department.
Confirm all prior payments for credit card charges, for chargeback or disputed credit card charges.
Analyze all inbound cash transaction for multiple companies from multiple cash accounts. Specifically deposits over a variety of software platforms such as Salesforce, Equiant, CampLife, NetSuite and credit card clearing house accounts.

Work Experience
At least one year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Managements, or a similarly related field will be HIGHLY REGARDED

Education
Associates Degree in Business Management or related field REQUIRED
