Job Description : Our team is seeking a skilled ALF/RCF Administrator in the state of Oregon to manage the day-to-day operations at our memory care facility to provide the highest quality care for the residents at our senior living community. Candidates for our ALF/RCF Administrator position should have a minimum of five years’ experience managing a community and leading teams as well as display a full understanding of compliance laws and regulations. We are focused on delivering quality service to our residents while establishing a working relationship with regulatory agencies and family members. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership experience in a service-related, customer-focused industry.Qualified candidates must be a licensed ALF/RCF Administrator within the state of Oregon and display a caring nature and willingness to care for the elderly.
