Job Description : Job SummaryMonitor, assemble and display Wilco Store merchandiseResponsibilitiesMonitor assembled merchandise to keep directed and store displays in placeAssemble display items including but not limited to patio furniture, wheelbarrows, BBQs, carts, coops, cages, power equipment, etc.Assemble customer orders as directedReplace display merchandise as assembled and directedHelp in store as directed.Maintain and comply with established standards.Maintain a clean and organized assembly areaAssist in customer load-out as directedSuccessful Candidates Will HaveThe ability to interact successfully with customers and co-workers.General mechanical competencyExperience using tools and basic assembly experienceThe ability to regularly lift and move bags/bales/items up to 50 pounds.A willingness to work both inside and outsideThe ability to pass a post offer, pre-employment drug screenBenefitsTemporary and Part Time employees receive employee discounts, as well as paid time off.About WilcoDating back to the early 1930’s, Wilco, a growing retailer, has stood the test of time by maintaining focus on our values and never losing our passion for customer service.
