Our headquarters is in Highland Park, MI, with branch offices in Ann Arbor, Lansing, Saginaw and Petoskey.We are currently seeking an entry level Business System Analyst in our Highland Park campus to assist the BSA with database administration, systems integration, SharePoint support and consultation, forms development (and other middleware processes) and be the front-line contact fielding Tier 1 level support tickets.Qualifications / Requirements / Position Responsibilities1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science. We are willing to work with and train the right candidate.a) Familiar with TSQL / MS Access / SharePoint – simple query design.b) SharePoint / PowerApps / PowerAutomate (Flow)c) Web Applications Development (ASP.Net) example – write C#, java and html and be familiar with how they relate to each other.2. IT Technical Supporta) Microsoft Windows Operation Systems (Win10) – basic trouble shooting, connecting to a network, printer support, etc.i. Microsoft Suite of applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams)b) Able to support Andriod & IOS Devices (iPads)c) Basic Trouble Shooting Skillsd) Comfortable with providing Remote Support / has access to a designated remote work area.3.
