WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join the Nike North America (NA) Marketplace team! We need a teammate who thrives in ambiguity, is flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced and high-volume organization and can demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this position, you will apply a variety of methods to ensure you have a strong presence in the function – understanding the strengths, opportunities, and overall health of the NA Marketplace businesses. You will provide support to HR and the business in support of employee lifecycle processes such as hiring, terminations, movement, job changes, rewards, stretch assignments, etc. You’ll coordinate HR programs while providing project and process coordination across a wide variety of HR programs and activities! Alongside HR teammates, finance, and business leaders, you’ll analyze, coordinate and communicate key activities related to headcount and position management.
You’ll provide tactical support for the Workforce Planning processes including reporting, forecasting, monitoring, and maintaining quality data using HR-related systems and tools. Generating ad-hoc reports and dashboard analytics, you’ll understand and reconcile gaps, overlaps, and apparent contradictions among and within data, reports, and reporting tools. You’ll update materials and systems to capture position and org changes.
You will support leaders with a variety of HR-related topics including but not limited to performance management, employee relations, Team, and Talent activities, policy interpretation, and compensation/benefits administration. In addition, you will provide advice and consultation to business leaders on people-related issues and concerns.
Finally, you’ll build executive-ready materials and drive business-specific engagement strategies, assisting in leadership coaching as well as low-level Employee Relations issues.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the Sr. Director, Sr. HRBP for NA Marketplace. You will work closely with HRBPs, HR Delivery Operations, HR Direct partners, and other HR teams to ensure HR processes and services are delivered with excellence. You’ll continually seek process improvements, share key takeaways across the team, and support initiatives, in close partnership with the DSM HR teams.
WHAT YOU BRING
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
2+ years of demonstrable experience across HR, customer service, operations, reporting, or related area.
Experience with HR metrics and data to story tell and provide decision support.
Proven capability of working with partners to develop, implement and audit HR programs, initiatives, systems, policies, and procedures.
Proven track record of calmly, confidently, and confidentially engaging with management and employee relations to address opportunities and needs, as appropriate.
Strong result-orientation and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal employee experience.
Well-developed industry knowledge, market insight, and proven enterprise thinking.
Intermediate proficiency with Excel and/or other data visualization tools.

PREFERRED:
Experience leading or partnering with two or more of the following HR functions: HR Generalists, HR Services/Operations, Data & Analytics, Recruiting, Org Design/Org Effectiveness, Talent Management, Employee Relations, and/or Total Rewards.
Workforce/Organizational Planning experience.
Previous experience making recommendations and presenting to senior leadership.
