Job Description : Bookkeeper (1599049) $19 – $24 / hour
Medford, OR
Part-time; Temp to Hire

Daily Workflow:
» Perform multifaceted tasks including data entry, mail collection, email correspondence
» Process payroll, invoices and reconciliations
» A/P, A/R
» Maintain a clean and organized work environment
» Provide a friendly customer service experience to clients over the phone and in person
» Openness to contributing to other office duties as needed
» Additional training will be provided for growth within the position
We’re Seeking:
» Individual with exceptional attention to detail
» Proficient in Accounting, QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
» Social media skills are desirable
» Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus!
Schedule:
» Week days; Day shifts (number of hours may vary depending on needs 25-40 hours)
