Job Description : I am looking for a part time executive assistant to help with tasks relating to a small capital management and real estate firm located in Klamath Falls, OR. Initially, the job will only require approximately 10 hours per week. This job would be ideal for a college student or other young person interested in learning the ins and outs of running a small real estate investment firm and about real estate investing in general. Our company also has some smaller holdings in other investments but is primarily focused in real estate.No experience is necessary, but potential candidates must be motivated, hard working, dependable, quick learners and proficient in Excel.Depending on the candidate there may also be potential for bonuses in the form of partial ownership of any new acquisitions the candidate helps to facilitate.I am also a physician as my day job so someone interested in pursuing a career in medicine would get mentoring in that field as well if interested.Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $15.00 – $30.00 per hourCOVID-19 considerations:Very little if any face to face contact with clients.Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
