Job Description : A prominent and rapidly growing industrial manufacturing organization is seeking a Human Resources Generalist at their flagship plant in Southeastern Michigan due to the continued growth of the facility. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position will be responsible for supporting all HR-related functions for the entire site. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate training program for new and existing employeesAssist and lead recruiting effortsConduct new employee onboardingAdminister benefits programsAdminister FLMA and disability programsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred3+ years of progressive HR experience within manufacturing environmentsSignificant recruiting experienceTraining and Development experienceOur client offers a competitive portfolio of insurance and retirement benefits along with other attractive perks and opportunities for advancement.
