Job Description : Urban Counseling Collective is a premier mental health private practice that’s currently searching for an Administrative Assistant at their collegial and friendly office in Beaverton, Oregon. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment that offers robust benefits and the flexibility to work a hybrid onsite/remote schedule. Currently, the position is temporarily 100% remote due to Covid. However, you must live within commuting distance of Beaverton, OR.This position would initially include administrative duties such as checking in clients, scheduling upcoming client visits, and answering phone calls. In time, the opportunity to advance to more complex work such as intake and/or billing tasks.Since this position plays such an important role on our team, we’re only considering candidates who submit a cover letter at this time.
