Job Description : Responsible for supervising a team(s) of field employees or small satellite office in providing services to a specificclient that results in the safe disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Prepares shipment paperworkand coordinates subcontractors and field personnel within the job specifications and regulatory guidelines.Provides guidance and training to all field service employees located at the client site. Works closely with theAccount Manager and Operations Manager in preparing project estimates, proposals, and contract preparation.Conducts job walks and attends necessary onsite customer meetings. Meets with regulatory agencies andassists on audits/inspections as required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manages team(s) including hiring, evaluating, training/mentoring and disciplinary actions. Complies with all applicable governmental regulations, and Veolia policies and procedures.QualificationsEducation/Experience: BS in Chemistry or BA in related science discipline or equivalent work experience required 5 to 7 years of hazardous waste experience required 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience preferredCertification/Licenses: A valid Drivers License is required Ability to obtain a Commercial Drivers License (Class A or B) is preferred. 40-hour HAZWOPER TrainingJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insuranceTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:supervisor: 3 years (Required)Work Location: One location
