Position : QC Day Assistant – Packaging
Job Description : Since 1984 Meduri Farms has grown to become a premier supplier of specialty dried fruits to food manufacturers around the world. Our operations are located 60 miles southwest of Portland in Oregon’s agriculturally fertile Willamette Valley.
What you will do:
Maintain work area and equipment in an organized manner
Perform routine QC testing, sampling, visual sorting and data entry per SOPs/work instructions
Perform equipment calibrations and verifications on a scheduled basis
Complete daily GMP Audits of production areas
Report any problems or observations regarding Quality of Fruit and Safety Hazards to QC Supervisor
What you should know:
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Self motivated
Good communication skills
Able to read and write in English required
