Job Title: BI Analyst

Location: REMOTE

Salary: $75-95K DOE, Bonus, Equity Options
Requirements: BI Analyst with Tableau, PBM/Health Plans/HIPAA or similar, Data Analytics, SQL

We are a well-funded and rapidly growing start-up in the pharmaceutical benefits and claims space. Our platform utilizes real-time automation throughout the data analysis process to simplify and accelerate report building for Health Plans, TPAs, PBMs, and Brokers. It monitors plan performance and alerts users to take action when and where necessary.

We are adding to our team and scaling remotely.

What You Will Be Doing
As a BI Analyst, you will be analyzing business needs to help ensure solutions meet the customers objectives with a combination of industry best practices, product knowledge, and business awareness.
Design, develop and maintain reporting and business intelligence solutions through the use of reporting softwareWork with Data Engineers to troubleshoot and resolve data quality issuesMaintain a high level of data accuracy in visualization and reporting using TableauManage data warehouse tables for accuracyAssist in troubleshooting and supporting complex pharmaceutical platforms
What You Need for this Position
Qualifications:
BS Degree4+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or similarExperience with large and complex datasets
– 4+ years of BI Tools experience – Tableau required and one other preferred (Sisense, DOMO, Microsoft Power BI)
– Regulatory compliance/requirements – HIPAA and similar

– SQL Integrations, SQL Server Tools, SSIS, Excel, CSV -preferred

PBM, Pharmaceutical Platforms, Health Plans, or similar data analytics industry experience preferred
