Position Details:
Title: Administrative Assistant – to Assistant Principal of Attendance/Discipline
Placement (location): Eagle Point High School
Supervisor: Principal or designee
Contract Days: 220 to begin August 2022
Salary Range: $18.29 – $26.01 per hour depending upon previous, full time experience in a similar position
Closing Date: Screening to begin as soon as March 15, 2022.
Description:
Provides office and clerical support in a professional manner, the ideal applicant will be able to work independently as well as contribute closely with staff and team members. They will possess a positive attitude. They need to be well organized, detail oriented and efficient in running all the technical aspects for the Assistant Principal of Attendance/Discipline such as email, phone calls and scheduling. Problem solving and decision making skills are necessary in order to keep the school running smoothly.
This position is a critical liaison to the community as a whole as they represent the Assistant Principal of Attendance/Discipline in all aspects. An important piece of this position is being able to make quick decisions with the focus of impeccable customer service. Applicants who are bilingual in Spanish are encouraged to apply.
