We are seeking a part-time Administrative Services Assistant to join our Administrative team at the Broadway Building, Downtown.
$17 – $20/hourly DOE
(20-32 hours/week, flexible schedule)
In this position you will:
Greet the public in-person or via phone, giving the highest level of customer service every time
Assist in planning, preparing and executing large projects and events throughout the year
Coordinate and manage various calendars and meetings
Assist in various operational tasks – create internal signage, maintain adequate supplies within department, update documents used clinic-wide
Provide assistance to the administrative and leadership personnel

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in an office setting is preferred
Experience with Adobe is preferred
