Job Description : Collaborative Construction Solutions, LLC (CCS) has continued to grow and is looking to hire multiple qualified Traveling Superintendents to join our amazing team.The right candidate should possess a variety of trade, people, and supervisory skills. CCS is looking for a candidate with strong work ethics and interest in joining a dynamic team. The appropriate candidates must meet CCS’s requirements for safety and professionalism in addition to being very knowledgeable in the field of construction.Key Attributes:- You MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL… (We always work with our Superintendents to ensure that they are have frequent trips home. We offer an excellent per-diem package and attempt to make traveling for work as enjoyable as possible.)- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Must have valid driver’s license.- Should have three to five years’ experience as a Lead Foreman or a Superintendent in the COMMERCIAL or government construction industry.- The ability to use technology as it pertains to collecting and communicating data. Outlook, Excel, Computers, Smart Phone, etc.- Must have a good understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and blueprint reading.- Superintendents need to be able to complete small to large construction projects for a wide variety of customers. Superintendents need to be able to direct, coordinate and QC the activities of trade groups such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers and painters.We offer excellent wages (prevailing wage/ Davis Bacon depending on project type and location), benefit package (medical, dental, vision, Simple IRA with employer match), PTO, mileage and per diem as applicable.
