Job Description : An award winning Community Hospital on the Coast of Southern Oregon is actively seeking a Hospital Human Resources Generalist to join their team.
This medical center has proudly served the area for over 50 years and prides itself on being an integral part of the surrounding community. The facility has received Joint Commission Accreditation and the Gold Seal of Approval for Quality and Patient Safety. The Hospital Human Resources Generalist will join a full service acute care facility that offers leading medical and surgical services to the region. This medical center provides specialized care for a number of medical and surgical specialties including Behavioral Health, Oncology, Cardiopulmonary and Cardiovascular Services, Emergency and Critical Care, Home Health, Radiology, Women and Infant Services, Pediatrics, and many more.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, The Hospital Human Resources Generalist will work alongside a fantastic team of HR Business Partners, Recruiters, Benefits Administrators and Coordinators to ensure that the HR department runs smoothly and provides excellent support to the medical center
The Hospital Human Resources Generalist will work with the Human Potential team to onboard new employees, assist in HR Planning activities, work with different departments to determine staffing needs and assist with recruitment efforts. Prior Healthcare Human Resources experience will help the Hospital Human Resources Generalist to reach their full potential within this role
The Hospital Human Resources Generalist will assist the Director of Human Resources in all efforts for the facility including recruiting physicians, on boarding incoming employees, setting up interviews, finance, etc. The Hospital Human Resources Generalist will have administrative oversight of hospital committees. This includes the Patient Safety Team, Quality Improvement, and HIPAA. HR planning, training, and leadership goals are developed by the Director themselves.
Located on the scenic Oregon Coast, this medical center is surrounded by picturesque coastal views. The Hospital Human Resources Generalist will have the opportunity to explore the coastline through a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and kayaking.
