What You Will Work On:
As a Learning and Development Specialist for Required Learning, you will develop and curate solutions to support the required learning (compliance training) portfolio for all employees across Nike, Inc. Your insights and work will help advise L&D strategy and solutions and establish standard methodologies for global learning deployment of required learning across all employee populations.
What You’ll Do:
We are looking for an L&D specialist to support the development and operational needs of required L&D programs and help identify and build solutions as part of the Required Learning team.
Help drive and support training deployments and recertifications including updating and creating resources, keeping partners/stakeholders advised, and ensuring operational processes are in place
Develop training aids and other supporting resources for employees to reinforce the messages from the training courses and support the employee experience
Monitor training completions and escalate areas of concern; support team in the creating of presentations and reports on the status of required learning
Identify and document learning and process standards for the required learning portfolio to maintain consistency, sustainability, and compliance
Provide input into the development of the overall required learning strategy and budget
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Learning, or a related field or a combination of demonstrable experience, education, and training.
Be a problem solver and a strong commitment to service excellence
Have an attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work independently within a fast-paced, results-oriented, agile working environment
Ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Project management and operations experience
Experience working with data and creating reports and presentations
