You are also not shy in sharing with your supervisor your thoughts on how to improve the firm’s processes.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Administer all areas of client service including but not limited to:Review and clean-up dictations from meetings and assign the dictated tasks to team membersPrepare meeting summary letters for clients and get approval from advisors before sending to clientsProcess changes to any address, phone, email and employment informationProcess documents received via the eMoney VaultProcess mailAssist in meeting preparation with the generation of performance reportsProcess and record all transactions on appropriate logsUpdate and maintain the relationship management systemMaintain a clean and orderly office environmentObtain working industry knowledge and overall familiarity with relevant internal and Broker-Dealer resourcesEssential SkillsMaintains a clean and orderly office environment with strong organizational skillsDedication to a high quality of work and significant attention to detailSolution-focused with the ability to follow processesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite 2007 or 2011 and/or Office 365.Additional Skills Preferred, but not RequiredPrevious experience in CRM database management (i.e. Act, Salesforce.com, MS Dynamics, Redtail, Infusionsoft, Hubspot, Zoho, etc.).Excel at MS ExcelIf you think you would be an excellent fit, we are asking for applicants to submit their updated resumes through Indeed.
