It’s a place for motivated team members, who posesss a passion for sports and service and willingness to grow their professional capabilities.About the roleThe Regional Manager is responsible for leading a team of Club Managers in delivering an outstanding member experience across an entire portfolio of Clubs.This role is ensuring that each Club exemplifies the PF brand, culture, and values, achieves the desired financial results, and successfully executes operations, procedures, and programs. The Area Manager must have a holistic view of the business and be able to quickly assess and prioritize key actions to achieve and exceed each club’s fast growth goals and operational metrics. This position is reporting to the Sr Director of Operations.Essential responsibilitiesAs Regional Manager, you will lead through the lens of people, core values and mission first. By maintaining daily contact with Club Managers of the area you will oversee all operational practices in the clubs, ensuring each operates to company expectations, maintains the highest standard of cleanliness and meets or exceeds budget and sales goals while assisting and supporting marketing campaigns and promotions.Oversee Club Operations in your assigned market to deliver the best member service daily to new and existing members, with focus on Brand Culture, Customer service and Club’s operational corporate standards (Cleanliness, Supply, and Facilities maintenance and repair ).Review and analysis of daily, weekly and monthly club key performance indicators to identify club performance trends and outliers. Identify actions for improvement and monitor execution.Engage with your Club Managers to identify business trends and deliver continued growth for each Clubs in your area. Help them analyse business data, adjust strategy, track progress with KPIs and implement adequate game plan in their Clubs to achieve company goals.Develop, lead, and inspire your Club Managers as they join you in the quest to provide +1% service to build Raving Fans and operational excellence.Responsible for the hiring, coaching, development of Club and Senior management positions. Validate staffing, scheduling and hiring plans. Monitor payroll, hours and OT budget for the area.Perform regular operational evaluation such as Tour Inspections – Info Calls test – Tour tests.
