Job Description : Our Brothers Keeper is a shelter that provides temporary housing for those homeless and looking for safety or a place to stay as they transition into more permanent housing. Our shelter is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week year around.Our Brothers Keeper features separate sleeping facilities for women and men as well as 3 rooms dedicated for homeless families. Guests are given clean bedding and limited storage for their personal belongings. In addition they have access to a fridge and microwave, provided 3 meals a day, a sitting area featuring computer use. Guests have access to agencies assisting in housing, employment, and health services.Under the general supervision of the Executive Director the primary duty of the Shelter Administrator is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Our Brothers Keeper (OBK) shelter. The Shelter Administrator works with the Executive Director and Board to develop, implement, and maintain shelter policies and procedures. The Shelter Administrator oversees the shelter business office, communications, record management, and associated office duties. The Shelter Administrator will also provide various administrative assistance for Shelter staff, volunteers, and guests.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $16.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: One location
