Position Summary: The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the community marketing strategy to drive growth and awareness of Brew Dr. as well as its online community and events.
Job Duties:
Create and curate fun, informative and educational video and photo content
Develop and execute content calendars for social channels, including a 30-day plan and yearly focus themes that support brand strategy
Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests
Prepare detailed and meaningful monthly reports on social activity and tactic performance (via phlanx or other)
Manage 3rd parties (users, influencers, agencies) to source content
Discover new digital and social trends, tools, and platforms to connect with brand strategies
Facilitate updates to the website as necessary: awards, product info, etc.
Attend and organize influencer and field events where applicable
Concept creative direction alongside Art Director for photo and video content
Direct and produce photoshoots, including shoot plan, prop management, on-site direction, and final editing
Keep approved content organized and accessible for the team and act as the point of contact for sales/marketing team members when they’re looking for current imagery
Work with the Marketing Department to identify and help execute on additional project needs
Qualification & Experience:
2+ years of social media, and influencer management experience
Have examples of results-driven community management
Ability to prepare a full range of written materials and social media content
Google docs, spreadsheets, slides, video editing, and Photoshop skills preferred
