Job Description : Job Description: A Videographer will contribute to videomaking and content creation for a wide variety of projects. As a videographer, you will be working closely with our Marketing team and management to plan, create, edit, and finalize content in different channels and on a project/deadline basis.Completed projects will be used for website, social content, online advertisements, and more. The goal will be to shoot and edit videos based on plans, stay up to date with cinematography trends, and continuously analyze and identify new strategies for growth. This is a valued position and integral part of a rapidly growing company.Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Marketing team in brainstorming new ideas and strategies.Create and follow storyboards and schedules for video and photo plans.Film projects from basic instructional videos all the way to captivating, storytelling content.Assist direction during photoshoots, maintaining efficiency and a positive experience.Deliver drafts on deadlines.Contribute to general Marketing Team efforts.Company event coverage.Requirements: Only resumes with an online portfolio will be considered.Degree or Experience in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.Knowledge and expertise with professional camera equipment.Basic understanding of latest social media trends and platforms.In-depth knowledge of editing programs, including Adobe Creative Cloud.Familiar with marketing channels, online marketing strategies, web design and publishing.Organizational, analytical, multitasking, critical thinking, and time management skills.Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.Deliver a range of drafts or creative styles, not limiting to one look or one style.Ability to deliver creative text, image, and video content.Basic knowledge of web publishing software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Positive and respectful attitude.Desire to grow brands/companies.Ability to work under pressure and with fast-paced environments.Willingness to work with firearms.Willingness to learn new skills and grow with the company.Willingness to travel with team to various shoot locations.Job Type: Full-timePay: $35,000.00 – $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayApplication Question(s):Are you willing to undergo a background check and a drug test?Experience:Videography: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
