Position : Accounts Assistant
Job Description : You will be responsible for all the activities mentioned below:Prepare and Support in maintaining cheque and cash vouchers along with supporting bills in head office and in various centres.Get the signing of cheques from authorized signatories and ensure timely deposited in staffs account or courier to vendors etc.Support in raising invoices to various parties for the services rendered and collect cheques against the invoices.Support in making entries in system as per vouchers prepared and payments released.Need to learn about NGO related terms activities like 80G, Donations etc. for understanding.Ensure to collect vouchers with supporting bills from centres and matching with payment statement.Support in statutory audits, GST audits and other orgination related audits, inspections etc. to provide require documents to the auditors.Support in any other work related to the finance, admin of the Organization.Deposit cheque, do NEFT, RTGS as and when required, if need be visit the bank and get the work done.Comply and assist to various accounting needs as required under different projects.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / TemporarySalary: From ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Marine Lines, Mumbai – 400020, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 1 year (Required)Tally: 1 year (Required)total work: 1 year (Required)Expected Start Date: 11/04/2022
