Job Description
The Exec Support Role will be responsible to provide the Tech support to the Senior Executives of the bank in a timely and professional manner and stands as a first line of resolution .This also includes VIP servicing , support for management events and Line of Business Executive Visits to GBS
Responsibilities
Primary responsibility of providing Tech support to the Senior Level Executives
Responsible for executive support and escalation
Act as the single point of contact for Senior Level Executives
Be actively available during all the Senior Level Executive visits
Alert and quick in responding to Exec’s queries
Ensure all Exec setups are made available well in advance
Provide solutions to improve Exec supports
Should be able to create an Exec support plan & provide the support in case of multi Execs visit
Responsible to coordinate with core Infrastructure team for seamless delivery and best practice sharing
Prepare weekly/monthly status reports and management presentations
Manage vendor and customer relationships associated with areas of responsibility
Responsible for Capacity planning, Asset governance and Inventory at site

BE / BCOM
Certification
ITIL and MCSE certification is added value
Experience Range* 4 – 6 yrs
Foundational skills*
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Should be physically presentable
Problem solving strengths ability to deal effectively with problems or questions posed by our Execs
Ability to coordinate and execute multiple tasks within a fast paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills required
Must be a self-starter and able to work with a minimum of supervision
Technical expert who is well versed with Mac Devices / Laptops / Desktops / Mobile / HVD’s
Previous experience on exec support
trong understanding and working knowledge of Technology support components like End user support, Helpdesk, Networking, Server and Virtualization technologies
6+ years of real time ecperience in managing or supporting in the IT industry with relevant certifications and degrees
Must possess a strong ability to multitask simultaneous management and team escalations.
Collaborative approach and ability to work well with others
Manage vendor and customer relationships associated with area of responsibility
Desired skills
ITIL or MCSE certification
Knowledge on digital signage’s and telepresence
Remote support assistance
Knowledge about MPS printers & troubleshooting
Manage the VDI setup and systems for availability, patches and service offerings
Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible
Be a Tech expert wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible
Provide technology expertise and thought leadership with an emphasis on desktop & VDI technologies (Windows Operating System, Baseline productivity software, Security configurations, Backend infra to manage the desktop deployment, software packaging / deployment), and operational excellence
Demonstrated ability to identify and drive operational and process improvements
Strong presentation skills are required, as this position will closely interact with the Clients, customers, and various levels of management.

Proven track record of successful people and vendor management
Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
