What Are We Looking For?

Contentstack is looking for an Application Engineer – SDK . If you’re looking for an opportunity to join an innovative, fun, and fast-paced team where your contributions will have a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Roles & Responsibilities

Work across the stack from a code commit to running it in production, with the end goal of delivering the best possible experience for the user
Design, develop and test features from inception to rollout
Write high quality code that is scalable, testable, maintainable and reliable
Independently own and drive new features from scratch
Work in an Agile environment and facilitate agile practices
Champion best practices and cross-functional skill development

Mandatory Skills

Experience working with JavaScript, Python, Go (Any 2)
Strong knowledge of creating scalable frameworks
Some experience with alternative protocols like GraphQL is preferred
REST api framework design and knowledge about implementation of all components of a web application.
Experience with Typed programming languages like TypeScript
Experience with frameworks like NestJS and Python framework etc is preferred
Practices TDD and knowledge of writing good test cases.
Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming and/or Functional Programming concepts
Past experience tackling scaling issues is preferred
Experience practicing Agile software development methods is preferred.
