Qualification: MBBS+MHA / MBBS+MD+MHA
Job Description
Plans, directors, monitors and appraises the contributes of the doctors.
Identifies the nurtures and channels the energies and strength of the doctors and motivates them constantly.
Develop the patients care strategies by researching, observing the trends in the medical world.
Generates reports regarding the quality of medical care and working of the medical staff.
Act as channel of communication between the management and the medical staff.
Schedule duties of medical staff and helps in scheduling of operating room, medical and paramedical services.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and flowing upon working results.
Maintenance and upgrades the quality of patients care according to the standards laid down.
Maintain and direct medical staff by coaching counseling, discipline and performance appraisal of employees.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending medical workshops, reviewing professional publication and participating in medical health society.
Maintains medical staff by recruiting, selecting orienting training and employees.
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related result as required.
Contributing to strengthen internal HR network of the organization.
Represented the department or team in the management morning meeting and other medical or department related committees.
Coordinates with others department to ensure implementation of his/ her department policies.
Maintains professional relation with all external professional agencies/ contact person.
Internalize value and code of the conduct and effective practice at all times to enhance the customer satisfaction and organizational effectiveness
