Job Description : Care Assistant – Burnham-on-Crouch

Salary: £10.00 – £11.23 per hour equivalent to £19,291 – £21,664 Full Time Equivalent, including paid travel time plus 45p per mile and lots more amazing benefits

Contract: Full time, part time, including evenings and weekends

Shifts: 7am – 3pm, 4pm – 11pm

Travel required – You will be required to travel around Burnham-on-crouch and the surrounding area, so a Full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.

To be considered as a Care Assistant, you need:

A valid driving license and use of personal vehicle for work purposes
To be 18 and over
To be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or willing to have the COVID-19 vaccine (two doses)
Previous experience in the care industry is not essential as full training will be provided.
To want to provide a high quality of care and support to vulnerable people
Exceptional listening and communication skills
To possess an empathetic approach
To be willing to provide personal care
A proactive approach to work and be able to work on your own initiative
To be able to work flexibly depending on the needs of the work environment
To have a passion to make a positive difference to people’s lives; being considerate and supportive is a must

Previous experience in the care industry is not essential as full training will be provided.
