Our culture is at the heart of everything we do and remains vitally important to our growth strategy.About the Role We are looking to hire an experienced credit controller to expertly manage the debts of our company. As a credit controller, you will be responsible for collecting debts from our company debtors, evaluating new credit requests, ensuring timely payments of company debts, processing invoices, maintaining the sales ledger, and providing administrative support.To ensure success as a credit controller, you should have a good eye for detail and the ability to reconcile complex company accounts. Ultimately, a top-class credit controller can maximize company profits by efficiently managing its debts.Key Responsibilities: Conducting client credit checks.Negotiating and managing payment plans.Managing the collection of all payments and debts.Responding to client inquiries.Submission of insurance claims for bad debtorsPreparing statements and reports for the company accountant.Managing the sales ledger.Liaising with customers and the sales team.Improve and implement debt collection processes when there are any overdue invoices or payments, and initiate legal procedures if necessaryPreparation of reports for managementSkills / Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics or related fieldPrevious work experience as a credit controllerProficient in Accounting and Office software.Ability to reconcile complex debtors’ accounts.Strong communication skills.Ability to deal with problematic clients.Excellent customer service skillsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible scheduleLeave encashmentPaid sick timeProvident FundWork from homeSchedule:Monday to FridayUK shiftExperience:Finance & Accounting Management Occupations: 3 years (Preferred)credit controller: 3 years (Preferred)Application Deadline: 09/03/2022
