Job Description : Do you do full stack Javascript development using React & node?
Are you at a “senior” or “lead” level & yearning for a different type of challenge in your next career move, away from the more corporate / money world & into the “tech for good” world?
Frustrated with not having an adequate platform for one of her passions, our female founder set about putting together a software app’ that would address this.
Two years later & this “tech for good” platform now has live users & a growing subscription base, with hundreds of people & companies benefiting from its use.
Second round funding secured & we are looking for a Technical Lead, who would like to grow & move into our CTO, when they are comfortable.

Your title: Lead Developer. Technical Lead. Lead Technologist. CTO even (small company!)
Location: London offices, but a genuine remote first culture. Work anywhere in the UK; meet up when you want / special occasions!
Money: We can pay up to £90K Basic + Benefits (Unlimited holiday; 25 days minimum, access to several employee well-being options, latest, best specced hardware that you tell us to buy you + several more) We will also give stock options, post probation.

We don’t mind how or where you do your work as long as it gets results….Be the person taking ownership of the technical direction of the company, building out and improving on the existing platform. We have lots of great ideas on our tech roadmap for 2022 and you’ll be the person making sure these ideas become reality and we achieve our product vision…Get commercial experience at a fast growth startup, building at scale…And, well, just work toward a Tech Leadership role at an excellent, structured Tech startup with big ideas to help enrich people’s lives….
