Digital Product Manager – Home Loans – $165k-$175k (Inclusive of Super) + Bonus

The Role.

The Digital Product Manager is responsible for building, launching and managing end to end digital product experiences that deliver on 86 400s strategic priorities and outcomes. To achieve this the Digital Product Manager will be required to prioritise and execute new initiatives that align to the strategy and combines the needs of technology, design, product, operations, legal, risk and compliance
Define the digital products roadmap for home loans
Deliver market leading experiences across our direct, broker, app and internet banking channels
Support the home loan digital roadmap prioritisation and execution, aligning delivery teams to effectively prioritise on a fortnightly basis
Ensure features are ready for development and can be executed to time, cost, quality and strategy
Lead the delivery of changes to customers working closely with product, marketing and tech, ensuring consistent fortnightly delivery of customer values
Leverage qual, quant, customer data and expertise opinion to make timely decisions
Use a strong understanding of fintech and digital trends to inform decision making and generate new ideas
Mentor other team members in digital services and lead cross functional teams
About You.
You are interested in solving banking problems for everyday Australians
You’ve been working in digital financial services long enough to have some real wins under your belt; you like being accountable for results.
You can adapt to change quickly and work with ambiguity
Skills you possess
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Digital Product Owner
Understanding of home loan product and processes
Understanding of agile tools and processes
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile development team
Experience in using JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics
A problem-solving and collaboration skillset
Strong attention to detail
A relevant tertiary qualification is preferable
Financial services experience is preferable
