Job Description : ExecutiveJob Description- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy- Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance withpolicies and procedures- Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information- Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financialrecords, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers- Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payrollreports and tables- Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified- Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according tocompany procedures- Manage Accounts Receivable/Payable activities from Invoicing to Collections to disputemanagement, including reporting- Work closely with sales team and all the internal support team to deliver the accurate Invoicesto customers and collect on them- Working on open disputes and resolving them timely- Prepare outstanding Invoice reports, hold reports/ cancellation reports, process level reports forRevenue Services and gather credit and/or reference information.- Maintains database by entering, updating and retrieving data, as well as formatting andgenerating reports.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
