Job Summary
Full stack development capability deliver new features by designing, developing and maintaining applications leveraging a Microsoft-Stack / .Net platform.
Excellent capability in front-end, back-end, and database development.
Front-end: HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, Angular and Bootstrap
Back-end: .NET/C#
Database development: creating and optimizing queries using SQL Server and MS Entity Framework.
Broad knowledge of various front-end frameworks and web development tools.
A strong eye for UI/UX design best practices.
Deliver solutions from business requirements to technical design to final product.
Ensure quality by supporting corporate coding and architectural standards.
Participate in the team s design, and code reviews, and apply departmental design approach and best practices.
Document efforts by providing well-formed, readable code, design documentation, and project documentation as needed.
Responsible for the creation of programmatic modules, unit tests and test data related to development assignments
Promote a collaborative spirit and a positive team environment by maintaining a spirit of openness, information sharing, problem-solving and support for common goals.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; as well as define problems, and develop methods to resolve them in a timely manner
Maintain the consistently high quality of the software code
Must have:
.Net, Angular 7, JavaScript/ HTML/ CSS / Microservices, React.Js, Node.JS & Azure cloud, Azure Web API
Requirements and expectations for the role:
Ability to work with sophisticated requirements and specification documents, and devise and develop appropriate software solutions
Ability to integrate into an existing development team and work with an existing extensive code base
Participate in the overall planning and execution of development objectives
Responsible for the creation of programmatic modules, unit tests and test data related to development assignments
Ensure all development processes and practices are completely and consistently followed
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; as well as define problems, and develop methods to resolve them in a timely manner
Maintain the consistently high quality of the software code
Ensure the relevant coverage by unit tests and/or automated testing routines
Partner with peers, management, senior leaders, internal and external business users to identify, capture, and understand their goals and to formulate strategies to support them, while prioritizing requests and staying within timelines
Work cross-functionally with teams to build and share technology vision on an ongoing basis
Experience in Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum methodology

Qualifications and Experience
BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 5 to 6 Yrs.

Driving automation and innovation efforts within the team
Provide good exposure of the tools developed in house with other country teams/clients etc and market the capabilities and products
Develop tools using SharePoint, PowerBI etc.
Building good knowledge of internal business processes and to offer guidance to drive efficiencies.
