Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated technical writer to join an agile cloud operations team. You will be working closely with product owners, SMEs, operation engineers, software developers, and scrum masters from different locations/time zones, and will be responsible for developing various types of content.

The Role:
As the technical writer in this CX Cloud Operations team, you will:
Works closely with Subject Matter Experts, POs, developers, and other teams to obtain a deep understanding of products and services, to translate complex information into simple, polished, and engaging content.Independently gather information from various teams and members to develop, organize, and deliver comprehensive documentation such as product/service manuals, technical specification, release announcements, how-to guides…etc.Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content.Work with team to identify all documentation repositories, maintain information architecture templates, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation.

Requirements:
Outstanding communication, writing, and grammar skillsAbility to write user-friendly, engaging copy about technical subjects, ability to understand and accurately translate technical information for a general audienceAbility to quickly learn and understand complex topicsFlexibility and a readiness to communicate with other team members and to participate in knowledge transfersAbility to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, ability to work to tight deadlines, deliver on time, and ensure high quality3-5 years of proven experience in technical writing and/or software documentationPast experience in Cloud Products/Services, Software Development, or IT Industry is plusFamiliar with Agile/Scrum is plus
