Job Description : Here at Atlas Care we pride ourselves on delivery Exceptional Care by Exceptional PeopleWe currently have a number of Night Home Care Support Worker roles within the Peterborough area supporting individuals with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities and Complex Behavioural NeedsYour role is to support them in their night time routine and to assist them in achieving their goals, which include their mental health, sensory needs whilst engaging in activities they enjoy.As a Night Home Care Support Worker, you will be supporting people to live the life they choose. On a day-to-day basis, you will be providing support with full personal care, meal preparation, medication administration and household tasks including cooking, cleaning, and laundry.We’re looking for understanding, patient and calm Night Home Care Support Workers to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis.Shifts start at 10.00pm and finish at 07.00am.We’re looking for people who can work flexibly on a rota that includes weekdays, weekends, and a share of bank holidays.
