You as an Inside Service Sales Analyst, reporting to Engineering Manager, will be part of Process Industries operations team within INOPC-PA that is responsible for end-to-end project life cycle support to local divisions of Process Industries division across the globe. While you will be part of operations team for PAPI, INOPC, you will be working functionally with Global Quality & Service Operations Leader as Inside Sales Specialist supporting services GPG team and sales activities. The objective is to use your business development focus and strong communication skills to allow the sales team to focus on external customer activities. Your responsibilities
Support Inside sales initiatives for Global Service GPG and business development activities
Develop leads from multiple data sources including ServIS, BOL, ERPs, Parts Fingerprint, My Spare Parts, SFDC, Atlas and others.
Generate leads based on specific campaigns and enter and track leads, opportunities, orders in SFDC.
Develop progress/ status reports to share with HUB Service & Sales Leaders
Manage communications – high quality internal and external to drive sales
Improve sales processes with optimization projects for business development team
Screen opportunities from trade news and databases and make initial contact with potential customers.
Create marketing collateral with instruction from GPG product management leaders highlighting ABB offerings and communication templates
Monitor performance and ensure updates in sales tools – SFDC, Monthly sales KPI’s dashboard, Power BI Reports
Support sales team with activities such as preparing for customer meetings, marketing collateral, quotes/proposals, etc.
Your background
Technical, business, or marketing-related degree with good academic track record.
Minimum 5 years of experience within product development, marketing, sales, or service delivery with experience in spare parts sales and delivery a plus.
Ability to work within cross-functional teams with strict timelines and delivery dates.
Capable of working and delivering in a complex working environment and under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and databases
Experience in Electrical, Automation and Digital products and solutions would be a definite asset.
