Support & Facilitate the Development and Implementation of MarketingPlans. Review sales and activity reports, and other performances data to measureproductivity and goal achievement of employees and communicate to themanagement from time to time Plan and Administer the Company’s Marketing Budget and Keep Cost inControl Designing and Implementation of Sales Promotion and Marketing Activities Co-ordinate and monitor digital marketing activities, including Social Mediaupdates and Search Engine Optimization Conducting Seminars in Higher Secondary Schools, Colleges, EducationInstitutions & Participating in the Education Exhibitions all over India and Abroad Preparation and implementation of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, half yearlyand Yearly Marketing Plans Preparation of Media Plan for Advertising and Public Relations Recruitment and Coaching of Sales and Marketing Team members of theorganization Overall coordination of sales and marketing activities of all the branches allover India and Abroad Build, Train and Develop a marketing team which is competent, dedicated &efficient Achievement of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and YearlyBusiness targets set by the Management Ensure that all our promotional materials are developed and updated regularlyand are made available to all users in time Preparing Training materials, scheduling and conducting training for staffand Business associates as per the requirement of regions Any other jobs and responsibilities assigned by the ManagementEducation:MBA from a prestigious institute.Experience:At least 05 years of Marketing / Sales Experience in a Managerial Level and having asuccessful track record.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shift
