Job Description : Hours: Fulltime – Monday – Friday (8:45am – 16:15 Mon/Fri & 8:45 – 17:15 Tue – Thurs)Location: Chelsea, Southwest London.Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 FTEAbout us: First Bridge Centre is an Ofsted-accredited early intervention centre for children with autism spectrum disorders. delivering exceptional care and outcomes.We are a friendly team that is passionate about delivering the best care and therapy for children and families.We are looking for qualified Early Years/Nursery Practitioners with an interest in developing a career working with SEND children and children with autism.All our children follow the learning and development requirements set out in the Early Years Statutory Framework in conjunction with our Applied Behaviour Analysis curriculum. This is a unique opportunity and rewarding opportunity to work 1:1 with each child delivering early intervention learning plans though ABA.The role: Once trained you will work alongside a team of experienced ABA Therapists to deliver education and treatment plans designed by our multidisciplinary team under the full supervision of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).In this role you will ensure, when children are working on their personalised ABA teaching programmes, they are also working towards achieving the learning and development goals outlined in the EYFS.You will be part of a team responsible for providing an engaging, positive, and safe experience for children with autism and related developmental disabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect Implementation: · Accurately implement interventions developed by the BCBA which are focused across a range of skill areas.· To support children in increasing appropriate behaviour and decreasing challenging behaviour.· Supporting children with changing conditions and/or routines and providing creative solutions.Reporting & Organisation: · Track client progress via data collection and graphing.· Complete incident reports within 24 hours of an incident.· Prepare teaching materials and organise teaching environment.· Maintain program datasheet.Training and Education: · Participate in direct clinical supervision meetings to present concerns and receive training, feedback, and guidance.· Attend clinical education opportunities provided by First Bridge Centre to stay current within the field, learn about different programs, and share information with colleagues.What we offer: The opportunity to work with a diverse and energetic team with a wide spectrum of knowledge and experience.· 28 days holiday (including bank holidays and closure dates)· 8% pension contribution· Company sickness pay· Maternity leave package· Travel loan· CPD courses and ongoing training· Fully funded RBT certificationWe would love to hear from people with: · Level 2 early years qualification and upward (or equivalent).· Degree in Psychology, Education (or related field)· Experience in a special school / ABA school or a SEN unit within a mainstream school· Experience working in a nursery settingJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionCycle to work schemeFree or subsidised travelSick paySchedule:8 hour shift
