Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are:
IBM is looking for a seasoned O&G Industry SME and Business Analyst with a strong command over business analysis, preferably in Siebel or CRM technologies and domain understanding of Oil & Gas. You will be responsible for driving the growth in the Oracle business (a) by driving successful projects in Oil & Gas industry, (b) Drive the solution design and delivery and attain highest client satisfaction, (c) Business analysis for the client requirements and helping the project team with the right interpretation of the business requirements, design & testing of the solutions, (d) Help growing the Oracle business in O&G industry in India/ South Asia.
What you’ll do:
As Oracle O&G Industry SME and Business Analyst for ISA, you will be responsible to bring and deliver the Consulting Business Solutions around Oracle Technology as per the focus of Oracle Practice in India/ South Asia across O& G industry. You will be responsible for following activities to grow the Oracle Business across the region:
Delivering Revenue and meet Profitability Targets for the Oracle Practice’s projects across Oil & Gas clients
Leading client discussions as Business Analysts and act as a key person to translate client requirements and work closely with the key team members for design and test of the solutions.
Drive and contribute the solutions for the upcoming projects in Oil & Gas industry, participate in client Orals.
Work as an SME with strong domain expertise in O&G and contribute to the POV, knowledge papers in the industry.
With strong knowledge of Siebel or CRM solutions, drive through the design, test and architecting of the client solutions.
Manage Delivery of a Portfolio of Projects in O&G for the Practice as per the need to bring a High Client Satisfaction and Relationship Growth

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The candidates applying for this Role should have:
Strong Communication Skills and Executive Presence
At least last 5 years managing portfolio of projects in Oil & Gas with revenue size of INR 10-12 Crore and holding executive client relationship as a pre-sales / sales leader.
Strong market knowledge of India business and client connects in Oil & Gas
Connects with Oracle sellers and presell persons or alliance persons.
End to End understanding of Oracle Solution Offerings in Siebel or CRM solutions
Strong Project & Program Management Skills and solution expertise.
End to end experience in implementation / leading transformation projects on Oracle Siebel or CRM as a Functional Consultant / Module Leader/ Business Analyst/ Project lead/Project Manager
Strong Project & Program Management Skills
Ability to leverage Siebel or CRM solutions designing and developing Solution Offerings
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Overall Experience: 12 + Years
Oracle Solution Expertise – At least 10-15 years’ experience
Solutions Development Skills – At least 5 years of Siebel or CRM solution development exposure.
Strong Understanding of other Oracle solutions beyond cloud which are net Generation focus of Oracle.
Strong experience in Project Delivery and oversight
