The Paediatric homecare team provides health care and support to children/young people with complex health needs and life limited conditions at home and occasionally other settings. The team comprises of registered nurses, Education Support Facilitators and Paediatric Community Carers.

The post holder will be required to work flexibly to meet the service need, which includes shift work, nights, weekends and bank holidays. The post holder will deliver high quality clinical care to children and young people.

Up to full time hours are available and secondments would be considered.
