Job Description : JOB Purpose: To plan diets counsel and ensure results for all members in your portfolio. To adhere to all processes and documentation to be filled To ensure all data is uploaded as required by the IT software rules To ensure that the Nutrition center is always tidy Ensure and all files and folders are kept in order To ensure that grooming standards set by the club manager is followed To plan for monthly income goal and do daily monitoring of the progress towards the goal To be completely proficient with all categories and parameters within the nutrition /wt loss management system and have a complete hold and clarity on day to day results To ensure maximum retention and referrals from members To ensure all diet records recalls, diaries are maintained as per set guidelines and ensure maximum client satisfaction and result at all times To build the personal client portfolio by assisting the sales consultant in closing new sales and by supporting and participating in plans to acquire new customers To initiate plans events themes to build up internal leads for up selling To put in place programs packages for up selling to general fitness members in coordination with nutrition or sales head To come prepared and participate for weekly meeting, beginning of the month budget and club launch meetings, also be available to stay longer hours for the sameResponsibilities: COMMUNICATIONOPERATIONAL & ADMINISTRATIVE KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORSEXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Must have excellent nutrition knowledge and understand the philosophy of the company. Proven success in basic administrative duties. Abreast with IT and basic computer skills Proven success in dietetics/nutrition planning etc. Must have Basic English skills and be willing to learn if necessary. Must possess strong motivational, interpersonal and communication skills. Prepared to contend with inconsistent and excessive work demands. Consistently achieving or surpassing daily work targets and goals. Must be a self-starter and hold strong organisational skills. Must be solution orientated. Must have a high level of drive and desire to be a winner and achieve all set goals. Ability to direct others and to continue the line of communication. Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity and excellent work ethic. Have the ability to follow up and help implement all systems and procedures installed. Well versed in the company documentation. Willing to grow in knowledge and the mentoring of others to benefit the team. Adaptable and open to new ideas and concepts.
