The opportunity
EY is looking for Senior – People Advisory Services with primary competency in Learning
Your key responsibilities
Understand the business problem, learner profile, evaluation methodology to implement in the proposed learning solution
Partner with the business stakeholders to understand and recommend appropriate solution approach and design to development and execution phase
Identify training infrastructure need and provide cost effective solutions
Manage communications and delivery logistics for key learning and development initiatives
Work through the phases of design and development
Perform Training Gap Analysis
Execute the learning solution design (including functional design – incorporating user requirements and business solutions to meet business needs)
Develop storyboards
Develop high potential identification and development programs
Prepare training courseware for Instructor-led workshops, Web-based learnings, Train-the-Trainer etc.
Help to create and coordinate learning plan / schedules etc.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and extended stakeholders to assess development needs and make strategic recommendations to enhance performance through training and other methods
Develop, manage, and execute complex training and development project plans to meet business requirements, and develop process improvements
Create effective processes for monitoring and measuring training processes
Consulting experience is preferred

Experience in developing complex technical designs
Ability to architect learning technology
Experience in innovative learning solutions to target using latest digital solutions, mobile solutions, etc.
Design of interactive solutions
Gamifications, simulations
Design of animations, graphics, interactive dashboards
Design of learning nuggets
Complex visual designs
Exposure to AI, virtual reality-based learning solutions
Working awareness and experience in systems – HCM solutions and RPA
Knowledge of one or more HCM cloud – Oracle, SAP and other out-of-box HR technologies
Knowledge of Change management and Project management techniques
Working knowledge and / or experience in Analytics
Understanding of the full life cycle of the instructional systems design (ISD) process
Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methods
Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Vyond (Go Animate), Adobe Presenter, uPerform and UPK etc.
Basic proficiency with photo editing or graphics software such as Flash, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator or any other
Basic/Advanced understanding of animations and animation storyboards
Knowledge of compliance processes such as Section 508 compliance and SCORM conformance
To qualify for the role, you must have
Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad)
3 – 6 years of work experience with technical competence in at least 2 of the areas mentioned above
Preferred work experience / exposure to learning design, content development and instructional design roles as part of a global distributed team with global clients.
The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic and flexible environment and changing requirements with frequent client interactions.
The individual must understand the importance of designing and delivering appropriate Learning systems / performance support tools in the context of large change program or a workforce transformation initiative
Demonstrate high integrity and commitment to working in a new, challenging environment
Demonstrate ability to manage ambiguity and be proactive
Strong communication and presentation skills
Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity
High energy levels, be flexible, adaptable and be confident
Mobility Requirements: Interested candidates must be open to travel nationally and internationally
Ideally, you’ll also have
Recommended to have worked in a consulting environment on global client projects and provided advisory services in learning, change management and project management.
