We are looking for an experienced Post Production Executive (Based out of Mumbai) to work on multiple formats to create content for DLC Knowledge. The Post Production Executive will track progress and manage the delivery of all assets. This includes maintaining schedules, following up on outstanding deliverables, and organizing assets for website and social media. The role will coordinate with video editors on work related to the content editing and versioning of assets, ensuring the highest quality standards, tracking expenditures for all production department related work orders.

Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
Good communication skills -verbal as well as written
Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
Good understanding of APIs and making changes to code wherever required for the integration
Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support
Job Expectations:
Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
Making changes as per the business requirements and ability to do an impact analysis
