Provide day-to-day support for the Belden SAP applications (including any add-on’s) in the Plan to Manufacture area by resolving change requests and malfunction/incident tickets.
Discuss business requirements with the Business Process Owners and Key Users providing satisfying SAP system solution with the aim to adhere to SAP standard solutions.
Assist Team Manager by providing right SAP solutions (including any add-on) for various business requirements in the Plan to Manufacture business processes using standard SAP solutions and knowledge.
Coordinate ABAP developments by preparing the functional specification documentation and testing results following our standards.
Support change and release management processes for SAP application (including any add-on).
Support test processes and user training for SAP P2M business process area.
Support service level management processes, based on our SLA with the business
Ensure effective working relations within and between other SAP teams.
Possess good problem solving, resolution, and high level of analytical skills

Demonstrate successful track record in supporting Plan to Manufacture business processes
Over 5 years of experience in SAP Variant configuration in the Industries like Industrial Automation and Manufacturing
Subject matter expert in SAP Variant Configuration and Engineering Change Management
Proficient in creating Characteristics, classes, Object dependencies, Super BoM, Variant Pricing, Material Variants, ALE transfer of Configuration
Creation of Variant Configuration Master Data including Classification, Dependencies, Material Masters, Bill of Materials and Routings
Creating different BOM Explosions like No BOM Explosion, Single level BOM and Multi level BOM Explosions
Analysis of Business rules, Business processes, Business Requirements and transforming them in to SAP Variant configuration
Knowledgeable in Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Plan Independent Requirements (PIR).
Hands on experience in implementing Product configuration tools
Good overview of the process of Assembly / Make to Order, right from the business Sales Scenario to Production and Shipping
Troubleshooting activities for KMATs / configurable items as required.
Familiarity with SAP technologies – ABAP, BADI, IDOC, RFC, ALE, BAPI, and SAP Add-on’s
Experience preferred in system development project management
Strong Business Acumen and communication skills
Familiar with standards on application maintenance (e.g. ITIL)
Business level English required
Business level German preferred
